MGL “Free Flight” Belt – Women

The MGL “Free Flight” Buckle-less Belts are Double Stitched and constructed with a dual layer of top grain leather. Giving a desirably stable belt to support holsters, either OWB or IWB. Yet comfortable to the feel without a sometimes cumbersome buckle in the way. Also “Airline Friendly” as there is no metals to set off detectors. Ample hook and loop secures the belt along with Securing tabs which overlap each other behind the belt to prevent accidental opening when snagged upon. No Leather loops/keepers to keep track of, nor having to chase/locate them when they are dropped. The combination of the two layers of 6oz and 8/9oz leather.  MGL “Free Flight” belts are reinforced with nylon webbing between the two layers to add strength to help reduce the amount of stretching as time passes. Each layer is laminated together with industrial strength adhesives, as well as sewn together with #277 bonded threads.  You may add HOOK pile to the interior, to make your Free Flight belt into an outer belt for added support with combining your own inner belt. The MGL “Free Flight” belts are handmade using US leather. Edges are burnished, edge dyed and the belt is then rubbed down by hand with Ray Holes Saddle Butter. Available in 1.25″, 1.5”, 1.75” widths. Wider widths will be a Special order. Please contact or email MGL for specifics on Special Orders.

To determine you size, we need two measurement. Depending on your wardrobe, your Free Flight belt may be worn up on the waist or down on the hips. Therefore we need both measurements at each location. This will give you the advantage of wearing the Free Flight where you desire with many styles of pants. If you have several styles of pants, then take measurement of all of them. If you IWB, please do so as you measure.

Women Free Flight’s are slightly thinner in thickness compared to the men’s version and have 5″ overlap.
