Shipping & Return Policy:
Mean Gene Leather ships all product via USPS. The tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Any orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase will be issued a full refund. Any order cancelled after 24 hours, which still falls within the estimated ship/production time, will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Orders that have been delivered, are unused and in the original sealed packaging, If the unused product’s packaging has been opened or damaged, the product can be returned while subject to a 25% restocking fee. The return must include all accessories, registration shipped with the original product. You must return the item(s) within 7 business days of your purchase. Shipping charges and/or shipping costs are not subject to refunds. Products that are not subject to returns are custom figured products, used products, special orders, and products sold “as is” or “used.”
It is the customers responsibility to choose additional shipping insurance above the standard USPS Priority coverage. contact us at info@meangeneleather.com
Please re-ship products in their original box and the item must be "Resalable". NOTE: Do Not coil belts into a smaller package than the original box the product was shipped in. Coiling belts incorrectly will damage the belt and no refund will be issued.
Please add a note inside the package with your order number, phone number, address, name and email address.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days. Shipping will not be refunded.
LATE or MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@menegeneleather.com
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@meangeneleather.com You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and for re-shipment of an exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. When returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
